William Marrion Branham
Brother Branham traveled the world preaching and praying for the sick. During the years of 1947 through 1965, over 1100 of his sermons were recorded. These sermons are available from several sources in both audio and text formats.

  • 1932 early 1933 - he had a vision of seven events that were to happen before the end of the world
  • June 11, 1933 - a Pillar of Fire hung over him as he was baptizing in the Ohio River
  • A voice spoke from the Pillar of Fire, saying, “As John the Baptist was sent to forerun the first coming of Christ, your message will forerun the second coming of Christ.”
  • 1946 - the Angel of the Lord met him and said, "Do not fear, I am sent from the presence of Almighty God...Your peculiar birth and misunderstood life has been to indicate that you’re to go to all the world and pray for the sick people….If you get the people to believe you, and be sincere when you pray, nothing shall stand before your prayers, not even cancer.”
  • January 24, 1950 - the Pillar of Fire was photographed in a halo position over his head
  • May 1960 - he had an experience of going beyond the curtain of time
  • 1947 - 1965 - over 1100 sermons were recorded and are available in audio and text formats

Twenty one suspects have been arrested in Plateau over the killings and unrest in the state - Eleven of the suspects were arrested in connection to the killings in Barkin Ladi and environs - Fourteen others were arrested at the scene of a violent protest after the killings The Nigeria Police Force, Plateau state command, has arrested 21 persons in connection with the killings and unrest in Plateau state. The Nation reports that the suspects were paraded on Monday, July 2, at the OPSH Headquarters in Jos by the media officer of the task force, Major Adam Umar and Police public relations officer Tyopev Terna. Fourteen of the suspects were arrested at the scene of the violent protest that followed the Barkin Ladi's killings while 11 others were arrested in connection with the killings
