She said she has not said yes to my proposal:

Some days before the matriculation day after braking up with my previous girl friend just because she refused the business I set for her.( an ICT business in school).
I met another girl, she is also my course mate. I sent her some romantic text messages and we both met the following and felt the same way too. I  tried to remind her of the romantic text I sent, she was short of word, I showed her my excitement she saw it and we embrace in the taxi.
I was so happy that day, planning on how to always make her happy because I loved her.
She once visited and I also planed visiting her. She was so interesting and gentle for my that I would take her for a wife.
We plan to meet on matric day , we met, we took pictures with other course mates and we were honored , carried in a big jeep till we got out of the school.
Some days after the matriculation,  she " I have not said yes ..."
She said she has not said yes to my proposal.
What could this be?
What should do?
I loved her.

Twenty one suspects have been arrested in Plateau over the killings and unrest in the state - Eleven of the suspects were arrested in connection to the killings in Barkin Ladi and environs - Fourteen others were arrested at the scene of a violent protest after the killings The Nigeria Police Force, Plateau state command, has arrested 21 persons in connection with the killings and unrest in Plateau state. The Nation reports that the suspects were paraded on Monday, July 2, at the OPSH Headquarters in Jos by the media officer of the task force, Major Adam Umar and Police public relations officer Tyopev Terna.
